I can totally relate to Jodie’s post about feast or famine in the blogging world. I’ve got a ton of pics I’ve been meaning to post about, so hopefully over the next few days there will be lots of new posts!
Today’s feature is about some fun new toys the boys received from their Grandma Lovelady! Since we all have fall/winter birthdays over here, she thought it would be fun to send something fun to play with in the summer for once. She wanted our kids to have some heavy-duty sandbox trucks like we grew up with. We found that Hasbro.com was about half the price of Amazon because they would ship all four trucks for the same shipping cost we’d pay for each truck on Amazon– even though the shipping was "free". It was just bundled into the truck price! Anyway. Here they are with their new loves… thanks Grandma!

I am so grateful for my family. So, after a grueling 2 weeks of working ultra-late (earliest come-home time was about 8:30pm, latest about 5am), Conan was still able to help me have a happy birthday on Friday.
